Man I gotta make sure I come back to add the names of the front desk employees but I wwnt there this past weekend. Jeremy and Jason were definitely on point running the shop. They started the work on mounting my rims, tires, putting in tpms. They didnt rush, they actually couldn't finish Friday but got right to it Saturday morning and got it done. They had a lot going on, training new employees and still made me feel like what I had going on mattered just as much as any other thing They were doing. Kept it 100 at all times. I spent approximately $1,800 with Coast to Coast Rims expecting to receive a set of rims that would properly fit my vehicle and be professionally installed. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I was serviced at the Jacksonville location on Arlington Expressway. Before purchasing the rims, I specifically asked the store manager, Dee, whether the rims would fit my vehicle correctly and whether any modifications would be necessary. I was assured that the rims would fit without any issues and that no alterations would be needed. After the installation, my vehicle immediately began shaking at speeds of approximately 60 mph and above. What followed was over a month of frustration, multiple trips back to the store, and several attempts to determine the cause of the problem. Two local tire shops were unable to remove the wheels, and the Infiniti dealership later discovered that all ten wheel studs were bent and the wheel bolts were stripped. I paid out of pocket to have those parts replaced, yet the vibration issue continued. I returned to the Jacksonville location multiple times seeking a resolution. Came to shop to fix a slight bend in 1 rim, weld a crack in another rim, mount and balance 4 tires. They “lost” all 4 of the old tires they took off. I got my rim back and they smeared JB weld over the crack instead of doing a proper TIG weld. Told me they took it to copelands welding and muffler shop to fix the crack. Went by copelands after and they said they never received my rim and they don’t do JB weld like what was done on my rim. Coast to coast was supposed to mount 4 tires, only mounted 3 and left me with one tire that had wires showing through the bead that they said they couldn’t get to seat. Told me that they would sand down the JB weld and I said no it would damage my rim and they told me my rim was already damaged anyway. Who knows if they even fixed the slight bend I had in the original rim I took up there to get fixed. Said that they could give me a $125 refund for the “weld” on $600 rim that they messed up by putting JB weld on. Didn’t take responsibly for the damaged tire Bead. Only offered to pay for 1 of the “missing” tires when I’m missing 4. Don’t take your stuff here

My wiffee and I love this place! Appears to be 'a lot' cheaper than anyone around on Arlington rd. The 'service ' is great, and they make you feel your a 'valued customer!! In addition... there's a 'Jamaican restaurant (food truck/food wagon) across from their shop with 'magnificent' food! [IRIE VYBZ' cuisine! 'Get treated right' cause their rims are 'tight!'

Coast to Coast Customs is an amazing place! Claude and his team were so professional and helpful in getting me the exact tires I wanted. I am so happy 😀 with the results.
